Welcome to my professional space. I’m Melissa Koester, a mom and proud military spouse based in Charleston, SC. As a Latina Mexican-American, I bring a bilingual (Spanish/English) and culturally aware perspective to everything I do.

With a background in real estate, lending, and financial services, I’ve spent years helping clients navigate major life and business decisions. Today, I combine that experience with my work in digital services—specializing in website design, digital marketing, and CRM systems for small businesses. My mission is to help businesses build a strong online presence while continuing to serve clients in the real estate world with clarity and care.
